(Rasayana Chikilsa) - 14 Days This treatment includes body massage with hand & foot by medicated oil , head massage and face massage with oil and cream , internal rejuvenative medicines and medicated steam bath. This therapy is for 90 minutes to two hours per day for 7 to 14 days This therapy is to rejuvenate mind, body and soul, to tune up skin , to strengthen all systems so as to achieve ideal health and longevity.
(Shodhan Chikilsa) - 15 days It is a process of purifying the whole body to attain proper balance of vatha , pitha and kapha based on panchakarma and swetha karma treatment . The 15 day package process in cludes body massage,shehapanam, vamanam , nasyam , virechanam , medicated purgative, sneha vasthi, pizhichil, gnavarakizhi tharpanam (cleaning the eyes), sirovasthi and steam bath.
This is the prime treatment in ayurveda for reducing ageing process, arresting the degeneration of body cells and immunization of the system. Giving rasayana , (very special ayurvedic diet) internally is the main part of the programme based on the panchakarma and swethakarma treatment. the 28 day package process include body massage , snehapanam , vamanam , virechanam , nasyam , sneha vasthi , kashaya vasthi , pizhichil , gnavarakizhi, tharpanam , sirovasthis, karnapoornam (clening the ears), medicated steam bath , yoga & meditation.
